The Safety Superstars program is a fun and engaging comprehensive, age-appropriate self-defense course that teaches children how to stay safe, recognize dangerous situations, and respond with confidence. Our goal is to help kids develop practical safety skills while also boosting their confidence and awareness.

Self -Defense - Therapeutic Healing & Recovery
This program explores self-defense techniques as powerful, healing tools for processing and releasing trauma, combining therapeutic approaches to help participants build emotional resilience, regain control, and foster a sense of safety and empowerment.

Anger management through self- defense slow release tools.
This program focuses on anger management by teaching slow-release techniques to help participants manage and release built-up frustration. It emphasizes emotional resilience, stress reduction, and gaining control over reactions, while also providing tools for personal safety and well-being.

Is your child experiencing challenges that impact their behaviour and emotional well-being? Our services provides specialized counselling/ therapy that aims to address the emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs of children/young person aged between (4-18 years).
